This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the City of Brockville (City) for services of an experienced consultant to complete a Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan (MSP). The aim of the MSP is to develop an extensive capital and operating plan, encompassing all aspects of the water and wastewater systems' management, expansion, and funding over a 25-year timeline.
