This RFP is to solicit proposals for the design of a new arena to complement the existing Memorial Center Arena located at 100 Magedoma Blvd., Brockville, ON, as well as design updates outlined for the existing facility. The selected Respondent will be responsible for designing all, or a portion of, the facility which meets the criteria set out in this RFP and ensuring that the project provides a quality venue accommodating a wide variety of ice sports including ice hockey, sledge hockey, figure skating, speed skating, ringette, and other ice sports. In addition, the Facility must include a broad range of public spaces and facilities which will assist in maximizing the appeal of the Facility to the residents of Brockville. |
