The city has identified three Parts (A, B, C) for consideration for contractors. Contractors can bid on one or multiple Parts in their submission. The city may award the work to multiple contractors based on the costs issued in the Tender for the complete contract period. Contracts will be award per Part and Parts will not be separated to different Contractors. Work will be awarded based on price where the Contractor having the lowest total rate for each Part will be offered the Contract first. |
