This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the City of Brockville (the City) to potential firms, in good standing with the City, to submit non-binding Proposals for an Official Plan Review under requirements of the Planning Act, R.S O. c.P. 13, Section 26, which requires that council shall revise the plan no less frequently than 10 years after it comes into effect as a new official plan. Accordingly, as the Official Plan for the City of Brockville came into effect on February 9, 2012, the Official Plan update is due not later than February 9, 2022. |
