The property, 36-46 King Street West, is one of the most prominent buildings in Brockville’s downtown, close to the main intersection of King Street and Courthouse Avenue. The site has a total area of 13,228 sq ft (0.3 acres) and is comprised of a two storey building with a 12,895 sq ft floor plate (total are 25,790 sq ft). The lot has 105 feet of frontage on King Street and is fully serviced. The City is seeking a developer to acquire and redevelopment this property with the intention of revitalizing this property and bringing additional positive changes to the downtown. Through this RFP process the City are looking for a developer to submit their vision and plans to transform this property, with the aim of consulting once a successful proponent has been selected. |
